OUR CORE WORK
1. Addressing Loneliness and Providing Support
We fully support the government’s efforts to reduce loneliness in our communities. Our church remains open 24/7, offering members of the community access to telephone and face-to-face Christian counseling and psychosocial support. Our doors and lines are open to anyone in need of a listening ear or compassionate guidance.
2. Food Bank Program
Through our charity’s food bank, we provide weekly food supplies and other essentials to the poor, homeless, and vulnerable members of our community. This program is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for those who need it most, ensuring that basic needs are met with care and dignity.
3. Drug Misuse and Suicide Prevention
We are committed to reducing drug-related deaths and suicides in our community. Our efforts include personalized counseling sessions, public lectures on drug misuse, overdose awareness, and connecting individuals with complex needs to government-approved rehabilitation centers for professional support. By offering this guidance, we help at-risk individuals find a path toward recovery and hope.
4. Youth Programs and Skills Development
We offer free programs focused on the well-being and growth of our youth, including IT training, homework help, and piano lessons. These activities teach valuable skills and keep young people engaged in positive pursuits, reducing the likelihood of involvement in substance misuse or criminal behavior. Through our youth programs, we instill values of self-discovery, purpose, and respect, creating a ripple effect that promotes peaceful family life and a harmonious community. Families have shared positive feedback about behavior changes and improved dedication among their children, a testament to the impact of our initiatives.
